I’m a user experience researcher and design strategist who is passionate about deeply understanding people. I achieve this through a variety of ways: conducting multi-modal research studies, visualizing insights through journey maps, service blueprints & personas (among others) and by prototyping behavioral + product interventions.

In my work I often draw from disparate fields like behavioral psychology, user research, marketing, mindfulness, ethnography and design.
